Tea party for the Heybridge Rainbows

The Moot Hall hosted a tea party for the Heybridge Rainbows (Guiding in Essex), the guest of honour was Maldon Town Mayor, Councillor Stephen Nunn. The Mayor gave a talk and presented each child with a history colouring pack and gave sweets to everyone. Lots of squash and Jammy dodgers were consumed.

Civil Ceremonies

The Tariff for Civil Ceremonies has been reviewed. The Trustees have decided not to increase prices. They will remain at the present level until end 2015. The Moot Hall continues to be a venue of choice. Situated in the centre of Maldon, its unique atmosphere adds its own ‘special’ to couples ‘Special Day’.
